the Anglican Church of St. Therese of Lisieux is a new mission in Clinton, meeting on Sundays at 10 am at the Christian Counseling Center, 1630 Rte 31 N, just north of I-78. We are a mission of the Church of the Transfiguration in Phoenixville, PA, near Valley Forge, and are part of the Anglican Province of Christ the King. Orthodoxy needs the modern and typically "western" virtues of flexibility; the ability to cope with change as a law of our modern culture; objectivity, openness, fairness, self-criticism; and a sense of the unity of modern global culture in which no one is or can remain an island. If Orthodoxy is to survive as a viable lifestyle attractive to modern men and women, it will not be as an obscurantist, anti-intellectual culture of folklore and ritualism, sustained by the rejection of modernity and change.

Hello, I saw an ad about this Church in the newspaper and I went to the site to see exactly what kind of Orthodox this church is...and I couldn't find that. I am Coptic (Egyptian) Orthodox and my family was looking an Orthodox Church closer than East Brunswick (where we currently go). Also, how long are your services? I'm on assignment in NJ and have been looking for a "New Testament Church." I discovered "The Philokalia" two years ago and have reached the conclusion that the Orthodox way is the true way. Thanks be to God.

Regarding the web site, consider hosting somewhere else. The popup ads are extremely bothersome, and hosting is really very affordable .
