If you have trouble entering either the user name or password, check the following:

1. Make sure that your CAP LOCK is OFF,use lower case.
2. Be sure to enter each letter exactly as given to you
3. If your browser gives an option to save the user name and password, go ahead and save them. This way you will only have to type carefully one time.
4. Finally, hte coucil area has a different password fromthe member area. The council password will work in both spots.
